My best innovations have come from research into the WHAT, WHY + HOW—the high and low points of the users’ experiences. Conducting and sharing user research with the broader cross-functional team points us to the right problems to solve in order to delight customers and increase acquisition, activation, and retention.

Elevating user experiences + driving results begins with design thinking. I partner with engineering leads, product managers, product marketing managers and designers to:  1.) understand WHO our customers are, 2.) empathize with HOW + WHY they try, onboard, and use our products, 3.) define the highs, the lows, and the right problems to solve, 4.) workshop ideation and innovation, and 5.) experiment + iterate, testing into each step of product-led growth.
